an update on updates

or lack thereof.

If you still have me on author alert on FFn you've seen that I'm a busy bee even if ABD lies dormant at the moment. Let me give you a quick heads-up on my fanfic rambles:

- If you haven't read it yet, my Smut Monday contribution, Dark Like Chocolate
http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5977485/1/Dark_Like_Chocolate

- Next Friday I'm up at twilighted's Friday Free For All - I'll also cross-post to FFn for everyone reading there. Ever wondered how Rose's little problem with getting pregnant but not knowing who was the father in Heartbreak Remedy came to be? On Friday you'll get the answer.

- My Fandom Gives Back story - Lift Me Up - is finished - getting posted to FFn Monday / Thursday / Saturday here:

Projects next up:
- Suit Guy POV of Bend me, Break me - for now exclusively for the members of TeamBMBM, might be posted later on FFn and TWCS, but if you want it first week of July, join the team.

- A new story, tentatively titled Bloody Lies - I only wrote the short intro until now, but it's intended to be my "stay sane" project alongside writing ABD. AH, very OOC, a little along the lines of how BMBM could have been if I hadn't killed Suit Guy and Bucket Girl off. Which I still think was the perfect end for the perfect story. My heart bleeds every time I get reviews hating me for it.

- And last but not least - A Beautiful Disaster! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about my favorite kinky couple. But I think we all know that this story is slowly inching towards that rockslide into utter mindfuckery, and when I get there, I don't want to let you all hanging for weeks between updates. So I'm taking another month off the story, finish all my other stuff that I listed above, and then I'll dive head first into it. And trust me, it's going to get grisly in parts, but that's why you read the story, right?
I intend to re-post the missing chapters and continue posting on FFn (next to the other sites) as I didn't receive a single hateful PM or email since I re-started posting ABD. I know most of you like FFn best, and with the new mobile feature the site gets even more convenient. And as long as things stay calm I don't see why I shouldn't post there.
Look forward to it in, say, late July / early August.

At the moment RL is gripping me hard, too - last month of the semester so I have a lot of term papers to write, exams to study for, and I should get the place for my diploma thesis lab finalized. Meaning I don't have too much time to spend with fanfic, so sorry for my lack of review replies. I simply don't have the time, I wish it were any different, but sadly it isn't at the moment. I still read all of them (twice actually, once on my phone, 2nd time when I sign into my gmail), and I love everyone who takes the 20 seconds and leaves me some love. I can't thank you all enough!

TeamBMBM for FGB Eclipse!

My good friend prassacut and I proudly present the official Team Bend me, Break me for FGB Eclipse!

We've signed up at the FGB homepage and at FGB Teams - and the details couldn't be simpler!

Join our team by emailing us at teamBMBM@gmail.com. The FGB Eclipse auction is running from 6/25 – 7/2, and after that team members will get the "E" POV of 'Bend me, Break me' exclusively delivered into their inboxes. Expect 30-50k words of a raw, wild ride!
The story might later be posted online on FFn and TWCS, but the stress is on later. It will be yours first, with a special dedication, long before anyone else can get their dirty hands on it!

The FGB homepage states they cannot (or will not) discourage from bidding alone against a team - but I personally do so. If you want to bid, please join the team. This is about raising money for a truly worthy cause, the more the better.

p.s. should you want to bid for me but not for this story, please email me at daria.chenowith@gmail.com, I'm happy to discuss things with you.
